No dia 30, quando fui ao mercado, o \u00fanico peixe decente que havia era um safio e por isso ficou caril de safio.<\/p>\n<p>Receita para 10 pessoas. Tempo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o 5h. Podem diminuir este tempo, se decidirem usar m\u00e1quinas nalguns passos do processo.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 safio com 3,5 kg<\/li>\n<li>6 cebolas grandes (1kg)<\/li>\n<li>gengibre (um peda\u00e7o grande)<\/li>\n<li>alhos (4 cabe\u00e7as ou mais)<\/li>\n<li>duas latas de leite de c\u00f4co (400g cada)<\/li>\n<li>sementes de coentros<\/li>\n<li>sementes de funcho (erva doce)<\/li>\n<li>sementes de cominhos<\/li>\n<li>sementes de mostarda<\/li>\n<li>anis estrelado (3 estrelas)<\/li>\n<li>sementes de pimenta<\/li>\n<li>piri-piri seco ou fresco<\/li>\n<li>azeite<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<li>1 kg de arroz carolino<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desossar o safio: retirar a espinha e separ\u00e1-lo em dois lombos longitudinais. Depois, cortar cada lombo em peda\u00e7os quadrados. Depois, moer com a varinha m\u00e1gica e voltar a colocar no lume mais uns minutos para apurar.
